Have you ever hired a personal trainer to help you get in shape? Usually you start the relationship by setting your goals or intentions and establishing a schedule for your workouts.

Then you start working with your trainer. During your sessions, they walk you through new exercises and give you a plan you can do when you’re on your own. The plan often includes addressing more than one area of your physical fitness. For example, your trainer might give you a plan for weekly weight lifting, cardio workouts, and nutrition. If you stick to the plan, you get the results you want.

Working with a life coach is very similar. We determine what area(s) of your life you want to work on, establish a schedule, and start working on moving your life from where it is now to where you want to be! I serve as your personal cheerleader, constant source of support, and link to additional helpful resources.

How will you be coached?
1:1 coaching is available either in person or over the phone. Coaching sessions are scheduled 2-4 times per month – choose the package that’s right for you!

I specifically coach clients who wish to become successful students. I help students carefully analyze their areas of strength and weaknesses and work with them to create and implement their plan for success. During coaching sessions, you can expect that I will:
- Ask lots of questions to find out what we can celebrate, what we need to revisit, and what your next steps will be
- Listen carefully to both what you are saying and what you’re not saying, creating a safe space for change, whether you are ready for big leaps or baby steps
- Create a list of action items that are aligned with your goals and intentions
