Students today have a lot on their plates. Doing well in school and making good grades is important; so are extracurricular activities, volunteer work, and spending time with family and friends. Students who are able to manage the demands of a busy life while nurturing a sense of lifelong learning are the students who will be more involved in school, score well on standardized tests, and ultimately have more opportunities available when applying to college.
Joyful by Design offers coaching services to support students with balancing the demands of their life with the experience of being an adolescent.
Students who receive one-on-one success coaching become:
• Empowered to make decisions – wouldn’t it be great to ask your 15
year old what she wants to do this weekend and hear something
besides “I don’t know”or “I don’t care”?
• More prepared with prioritization and time management tools that really
work
• Excited about choosing activities that foster their own sense of fun
• More in-tune with what motivates them to be successful
Bodies and minds are changing, interests are growing, and children are becoming young people who want to pursue their own source of happiness. Coaching can help students create a life that helps them achieve what they set out to achieve while being true to themselves in the process.
I offer student success assistance in two formats: 1:1 Coaching and Group Coaching. Click either one to learn more about your options.
